The Role
I have enjoyed it as every day has been different! I am open to new opportunities and really enjoy building rapport with customers.
My team made me feel welcome from the start, and have done so throughout the time I have been here so far. They know how to treat me with respect, which in my eyes goes a long way.
My managers have been excellent and are always training me to be the best I can be. They always support me in tasks I am doing to ensure myself and the customer are happy.
I am always kept busy and don't usually stop unless its for lunch. I like being busy so for me its great!
I currently run 3 business accounts that we have, and also am starting to do more complex tasks.
A lot of knowledge gained from my degree so far has been put into practice and I think this is the best feeling ever, that I am able to do this.
The Company
Office atmosphere is cracking! Always feel comfortable coming into work to carry out the day
Set up perfect - do think however Leeds HO should have allowed more time to go through systems
The management made sure I was able to carry out daily tasks plus complex tasks aswell.

The Culture
Definitely! The social scene was good and had numerous opportunities to attend events.
Cost of living was okay I had to drive in quite far.
