The Role
I really enjoyed this placement - I had a lot of responsibility and worked in a good team environment.
I felt very valued by my colleagues - We all got on very well and they were grateful for any help I provided.
At Hays they provide you with a strong support system and excellent training.
Non Stop Busy!! With the responsibility you are given at Hays I soon found there was not enough days in the day to complete everything.
Massive amount of responsibility which ensured you did not feel like an intern.
This placement has developed my skills and personality massively over the last year. The training is intense but interesting and you get a regular catch up to monitor your performance.
The Company
There was a fun atmosphere at Hays!
This placement was very well organised - it was obvious they are used to taking on interns as all training and systems were set up and arranged in plenty of time.
We had a 12 week training plan which also involved going to the offices in London with other interns from around the country. Hays invest alot in their interns and staff in general.

Company Parties/Events
Its very appealing to return to Hays not only because of the graudate packages but also because I have had a taste of the industry and have seen many success stories in the last year.
The Culture
Employees at Hays are very sociable whether its going out together at lunch or after work for a catch up!
Cardiff is ideal - it is not too expensive but offers a good social life.
Really good nightlife in Cardiff - no matter what you're looking for.
There are a few activities for you to get involved in outside of work especially christmas and summer events.
