About You
It was pretty informative, a lot of the information I already knew though.
Although there was opportunity for questions during lecture, there wasn't much to ask specific people and I didn't really want to ask it in front of a crowd. But it was just an insight day and I got an insight into the company as a whole. But I specifically wanted an insight into the midstream business which I didn't get.
Wasn't much time to ask questions specific to myself, and the stream that I was interested in.
The CV/ Cover letter section was informative, and so was the lecture on the energy sector.
The Company
They stayed within the time they said, but I would've liked it to last longer
Really friendly
for an insight day it was great, everything was paid for.
The employees described this well. But I wouldve liked to see what it was like working in midstream.
I got a good grasp of the culture, its not as corporate as you think. But again didn't really get a good grasp of what it was like to work in midstream
I came in knowing what I wanted to do. But I can imagine for other people it was highly insightful.

Not really
Not that good. A Lunch? That was it
Yes, this was insightful
No, if they want an insight into the work place and what its like to work there. Yes, if they want an insight into what Centrica does and the type of people they recruit. You don't really need to be at their offices, if one person goes they could easily distribute this information to everyone else. There isnt much advantage to actually going all the way to their HQ
