The Role
Good collegues to work with, happy place to work, first 6 months was hardly challenged, not much work and nothing materialized from what I was told I would be doing in my interview. Last 6 months more challenges more work. which has made things better.
Very valued, treated as equals and given lots of responsibilities
Okay support
some days hardly anything to do, to always busy.
A fair bit, was trusted with whatever task I was given which was good.
Improved on skills such as organisation and time management
The Company
Very good, everyone is happy and cheerful. good atmosphere all rounf
Not very well, first 3 months the plan for me did not go to well, did not feel like there was a plan b. A lot was based on what was going on at the time, A lot of pre-planned work never materialized
Was offered training, which was very good
If the job role matched was matched with actual employment it would be a fantastic place to work.
The Culture
