About You
Good work, interesting talks, cracking socials.
Although the work was not always hugely exciting it was work that needed to be done and I could clearly see how it fitted in to the bigger picture. Other members of the team were always hugely appreciative of the work and took the time to discuss the wider context of what I did.
Plenty of talks from representatives from across the firm who guided us on different areas, ranging from the firms global strategy right down to the LPC and first seat of the training contract. Despite being hugely busy my supervisor was always willing to take the time to support me in the work that I was doing.
As I don't do law the skills wern't hugely relevant for my degree, however, they will prove invaluable when persuing a career in law.
The Company
Very well structured.
Friendly, supportive, fun.
Felt like CMS were investing in us as individuals and our future careers.
As much as you could do in such a short period of time, everything that was covered was always brought back to the role a trainee would have in that matter.
Culture was regularly discussed but also present in everything that we did and observed.
I was already firmly set on a career in law, this experience just confirmed it.
Everything Else
£250 a week
