The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed this placement, has managed to set me up within the company for a career after University as well.
Very valued by all managers and staff and well supported at all times.
Training and support have been given through everything during my year long placement, have been given advice throughout and colleagues within branch have gone out of their way to help me.
Some days can be quieter than others on the customer front however there is always something to do!
There has been numerous times where I have been able to take control of costs and learn how to run a fleet over the year.
Have learnt many different skills including customer service, accountancy and lots more.
The Company
Atmosphere was very good, everyone is friendly and helpful.
Placement was well organised have been informed throughout.
The firm have invested a lot into me, as I said in my earlier review colleagues have gone out of their way and working time in order to help with training and development within branch.
Financial Bonus
Have managed to stay on at Enterprise part time whilst finishing my degree and will go back to full time once my degree is completed.
The Culture
Yes, branches go out outside of work, for nights out, meals etc. There is always something going on.
Affordable
Nightlife in Walsall is ok, have different events go on. I prefer to go to Birmingham etc where taxi prices are not too expensive.
Yes, many events going on including charity events and socializing events.
