  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Very well thought-out scheme, lots to do in and out of the office, and everyone at the firm was effortlessly friendly and welcoming.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • Lots of time and effort put in to ensure we got the most out of the placement. Particularly impressive was the time partners across the firm took to get to know us - it was explicit and implicit in everything done that we were regarded as the future of the firm, not just a mere fleeting inconvenience.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?

    • All were keen to offer insights and share experiences to help guide us during our time at the firm and beyond. The feedback sessions were a very helpful and positive addition.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • On the practical and technical side l, one can't be expected to learn much in two weeks. However, the firm gave us the opportunity to hone out interpersonal and communicative skills. and actively encouraged us to seize it.

    • Well thought out: evening activities were well spread out, and 'target on' sessions broke up the day well.
