The Role
It really taught me a lot , exposed me to the real world and gave me experience on how to run a successful business
My branch had a really good bond, everyone bought something different to the table really will miss the team
Top management would always offer guidance throughout my placement helping me achieve the best possible outcomes
My workload did keep me on my toes constantly improving or maintaining some aspect of the business
At enterprise you are given so much autonomy it really prepares you for the business environment
My placement has given me so much knowledge and experience I will always value this year
The Company
Due to the retailing aspect it was busy however the branch always tried to keep an upbeat atmosphere
Cannot fault how the placement was set up so much guidance and structure was given, the hr team made everything easy
Regular training and guidance was given , training events and mentors were part of the course to continue developing the employees

The Culture
There was a common ground between other interns, the company also held events to continue the interaction between placement students
Although it was city centre Birmingham the costs of living varied some areas were quite expensive however other areas were very cheap
Birmingham has a very popular nightlife with individuals from all over the country visiting there was plenty of options
Enterprise constantly gave back to the community with regular charity events and area nights out there was always something on
