The Role
Felt valued and appreciated and I was challenged throughout.
Wouldn't quite say like family... But I have felt very valued by most colleagues of different grades throughout.
Support and guidance offered is brilliant.
Some days extremely, others not particularly. Very project dependent.
Lots of responsibility is given. The more you want the more you can get as well which is nice.
Some things learned will help with my accountancy qualification, however the knowledge of a working environment is particularly useful.
The Company
Atmosphere can be quiet at times, but is a positive working environment.
Very well organised and managed throughout. Lots of care has been taken to look after us.
Whilst we did not sit any exams, the firm have invested time and money to help us develop our skills.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Travel loan
Extremely appealing. Hopefully I get offered the job!
The Culture
Working in London there is always good social opportunities. However I feel as a department we could have become more involved with social activities.
Certainly isn't cheap (rent in London/travel from outside London) but things such as food and drink are ok if you hunt around. 2 courses and a pint for a tenner (Big Easy) isn't too bad.
Covent Garden round the corner is good
Whatever you fancy!
