About You
Really enjoyed it, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, and made an effort to find me good pieces of work to do. The grad recruitment team organised a whole load of really enjoyable events for us.
Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, no one was every too busy to help.
Received so much support from everyone - grad recruitment team, HR, my supervisor and buddy, and everyone else who worked there too
I've learnt a huge amount that will really stand to me when I pursue my career in future
The Company
Extremely well-structured, HR and grad recruitment had everything so carefully planned, it all went off without a hitch
Atmosphere was great, everyone was lovely, we all worked hard and were kept busy, but I never felt like I was being worked too hard. A perfect balance
I felt the firm put a huge amount of time and effort into my personal training and development
The way that the scheme was structured meant that I had a really realistic insight to having a full time role with the firm. There were regular briefings about other areas, so I got the chance to have an insight even into different departments
Got a really good understanding of the company culture based on the general work atmosphere and all the events that were organised for us and others in the firm
Extremely useful, I was given real tasks and the chance to shadow and ask lots of questions, which was endlessly helpful in deciding whether this is the right path for my future
Everything Else
There were plenty of these opportunities as a wide variety of firm-wide social events were organised by grad recruitment during the scheme
They were really enjoyable, relaxed and original
I would 100% recommend this insight to a friend. I really enjoyed it, and it was really useful both in terms of gaining understanding into the firm and the type of work, and in developing important skills
