The Role
The work environment is collaborative, and colleagues are approachable. The work is challenging and it is a fantastic opportunity to test yourself in consulting.
The colleagues made sure that you feel valued.
There was a lot of opportunities for networking, and a mentor will be there to guide you.
Not your typical 9-5, hours are long.
There was a lot of responsibility.
Conversion rates are high, and so an internship with EY is not only an opportunity to learn but also an opportunity for a career. Whatever skills acquired would therefore be beneficial if the person chooses to head back to EY.

Prospects are great, as there is a clear progression in EY. Unfortunately, the salary in consulting in London is poor. Salaries in London in consulting in EY lags behind major cities like NYC.
The Culture
Many socials
Extremely expensive. Salaries in EY have not been moving upwards to reflect the increased cost of living (especially housing).
Fantastic!
As long as your interested, there are many interest groups in the company.
