  • The work environment is collaborative, and colleagues are approachable. The work is challenging and it is a fantastic opportunity to test yourself in consulting.

  • The colleagues made sure that you feel valued.

  • There was a lot of opportunities for networking, and a mentor will be there to guide you.

  • Not your typical 9-5, hours are long.

  • There was a lot of responsibility.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Conversion rates are high, and so an internship with EY is not only an opportunity to learn but also an opportunity for a career. Whatever skills acquired would therefore be beneficial if the person chooses to head back to EY.

  • It was really well planned, and you will have the opportunity to network and learn.

  • EY has a very strong traning programme for management consulting, and are looking to grow aggressively in consulting

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Prospects are great, as there is a clear progression in EY. Unfortunately, the salary in consulting in London is poor. Salaries in London in consulting in EY lags behind major cities like NYC.

  • Many socials

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Extremely expensive. Salaries in EY have not been moving upwards to reflect the increased cost of living (especially housing).

  • Fantastic!
