The Role
It has a very organised system for interns to follow and hence, anytime we won't feel lost. Along the way, there will always be someone that can help us, technically or relationship-wise.
Although I am just an intern that can only do very basic stuff, my colleagues always trust me and assign different jobs to me. After finishing them, they will say 'thank you' and make me feel valued.
One of the most important culture in PwC is 'asking question'. Under this influence, I am not afraid of asking any 'silly' question and this really help me improve a lot more faster.
During the working hours, it is quite busy. But I think due to it is not busy season now, normally I don't have to work over time.
Nothing more than an intern should carry, but definitely make you feel that you are an very important part of the company.
It gives me a clearer idea about what I should focus on my following studies.
The Company
Cheerful, enthusiastic, but professional.
Extremely. On day 1 you will know the full set-up until the end of your internship.
There are starting trainings, home-office trainings, several online trainings for every week which ensure that we are updated.
