The Role
Really enjoyed my experience at Hays
Felt like a valued member of the team. had high responsibilities on my shoulders.
On average very good. however, towards end of my placement there was a company restructure and I took on extra responsibilities, and in a way becoming my own manager so felt a little alone at times.,
Really good balance, always had something to do.
Had a lot of responsibilities , including managing a max of 180 temps at times, ensuring all were paid weekly.
This placement has really helped me develop self skills and what I want to go into in the future
The Company
Moving upstairs to a new team- LOVE IT! such a lovely bunch of people and very welcoming. atmosphere is busy and I like that as motivates me,
everything was set up when I began at Hays, no issues.
I undertook training, so felt as though the company wanted to invest in me and help to improve my skill set. training helped me to gain confidence.
