About You
It was an enjoyable day as it was good to speak to current grads who are already in the job roles. However, I was interested in the Marketing grad scheme which I felt was slightly neglected. The day was more focused around the finance roles.
The company employees were extremely enthusiastic and personable and therefore it felt like our presence was valued.
There was always staff available to speak to or to ask questions to.
The information on building a good CV and/or application was invaluable and will help me with grad scheme applications next year.
The Company
There was a clear schedule outlined at the beginning of the day which all ran to plan.
Positive, vibrant and informative.
Tips on CV building/ application forms.
The day provided an insight into the companies values and what they actually do in great depth.
Current grads gave excellent speeches on what it's like working at Centrica.
There wasn't much focus on the individual grad schemes but it was good to get to know the company as a whole.
Everything Else

Yes, current grads and other people on the insight day.
Over lunchtime there was opportunity for networking.

Yes, if you are interested in finding more about Centrica as a company and about the energy industry.
