The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of my placement and am very glad I decided to apply to 3M .
I felt very valued by colleagues, technical and non technical.
I had perfect support off my supervise which supported my learning throughout this year. My time was not micro managed and therefore I was able to develop quite quickly as an engineer.
This was variable due to the fact that projects have busy and quiet times.
A lot more than I originally thought but not too much for my ability. My responsibilities increased with time.
The skills I learnt from day to day working and training will help me forever more in my future.
The Company
Friendly, and everyone was willing to help.
There were a few blips although over all very well organised.
I had huge investment in my training, and was sent on very valuable training courses throughout the year,
