About You
I really enjoyed my two weeks at RPC. The vacation scheme was well structured and it helped provide me with the opportunity to get a much better understanding of the firm's sector strengths and ethos.
I felt very valued for only being a vacation scheme student. RPC even allowed us to do a presentation to Partners about an initiative that RPC is currently looking to push.
The vacation scheme was very structured providing multiple activities each day. This insured that we got a high degree of face time with a number of RPC's lawyers allowing us to ask questions and explore the firm's sectors. Also, the fact that the trainees were so friendly meant that I felt that I had enough support throughout the scheme.
I think the most important point I gained from the two weeks was whether I would enjoy working at RPC. With the answer being a resounding yes!
The Company
The scheme was very well structured with multiple activities being provided each day. This allowed us to gain a much better insight of the sectors and people that operate throughout RPC.
I have never experienced such an overwhelmingly friendly workforce.
It felt that a lot of time and effort was invested into the scheme.
It gave me a valuable insight into the life of the trainees at the firm.
A great deal. RPC is viewed as an innovative friendly firm and that perception has definitely been reflected with my experience inside the firm.
I would very much like to gain a Training Contract with RPC.
Everything Else
Many and it was always open to vacation scheme students to actively search out individuals within different departments.
Enjoyable.
