About You
Thoroughly enjoyed my time at the firm, experiencing the great work and the people.
Everyone was so welcoming, I was really made to feel part of the team.
My trainee buddy was very supportive and always on hand to answer any questions; even the silly ones!
Opportunity gave me hands on experience of what to expect and the type of work undertaken as a trainee. It has given me greater confidence in my ability to pursue a legal career.
The Company
Throughout the process I was very impressed at how organised it all was and how much Graduate Recruitment regularly kept us informed of any new information surrounding our placement. I enjoyed being in the same department for the 2 weeks as gave me a greater chance to experience the work the Property Department did, and get to know people in the department.
I cannot stress how friendly, approachable and down-to-earth everyone at the firm was!
Allowed me to attend a range of department training meetings and client meetings.
I feel I got a very good insight into life as a Pinsent Masons Trainee
It was clear to see they are a very people focused firm
I found the Practice Presentations very useful to give an insight into other practice areas.
Everything Else
I found the pay was very good, especially for a regional office
Friday night drinks were a great way to meet employees from different practice areas
There were lots of opportunities to socialise with trainees and Partners, including: Partner lunch at 'the best steak restaurant in Manchester', cocktail making and Breakout
Word of mouth and talking to employees
Definitely!!
