The Role
The work was enjoyable as it required that I organise myself to carry out the work however I saw fit.
There was limited contact with my boss and other BAs at other universities so I didn't really feel valued at all.
The guidelines set out by the employer were straightforward and comprehensive, I knew exactly what my job was.
I managed my workload so that I was rarely very busy.
The responsibilities didn't change but were quite significant.
Not really, just a good way to make some money.
The Company
The office was busy whenever I was there, with many people around discussing strategies for expansion of the project.
As I said before the guidelines were clear and helpful, generally this was true for getting the job in the first place as well.
None really.
I wouldn't want to do this kind of job in the long term.
The Culture
Since I was posted alone on the project the atmosphere wasn't great.
Bath is expensive for everything.
Baths nightlife is pretty substantial for its size as a small city.
I was able to interact with the university clubs and societies.
