About You
It was an amazing experience. Being a first year I didn't really know what I wanted to do in the future but the insight gave me the opportunity to see how everything works from the inside, what a wide range of positions are available and actually imagine myself working there and see how that feels.
It is an experience that encourages integration within the group so that everybody could feel comfortable and well appreciated for their contribution.
Everyone was eager to help so definitely not a problem with that.
It's a really short time to develop your skills but what they are trying to teach you in two days are definitely of great help in anyone's studies.
The Company
Really well structured for two days. You didn't have time to get bored. It would be nice to be a bit longer though.
It was a welcoming, encouraging and 'teaching' environment.
They invest a lot in this programme. What we can see it's only the result of many hours behind that. Also, the programme is financially supported.
It would be nice to have a work shadowing experience so you can learn more. You can try and imagine through the presentation but something more practical would be great.
I think the whole insight is based on the company's culture and values so you clearly see how they are defined.
I can say it has a direct impact on my future.
Everything Else
They reimburse your travel costs.
Yes. There is a Partner's dinner on the first night.
They were open but at some point because it's a really short insight, the students tend to network between themselves than with the guests.,
Yes. There are loads of volunteering opportunities for the employees.
Definitely worth it.
