    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • It was jam packed but enjoyable, had a formal dinner with some employees, a more cassual dinner with graduates. Everyone was welcoming.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • As it was only a 3 day insight, this question is difficult to answer. I did feel valued in terms of the investment in time the company put into organising then running the academy, especially the time given by senior partners in the business.

    4/5

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • Lots of opportunities to ask questions, there was a group project to develop research and presentational skills. Gained lots of insight into the variety of paths employees had taken in their careers. There was an assessment day at the end which ran smoothly.

    3/5

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Teamwork/research/presentation skills from the group project was useful, we pitched the presentation to a panel of employees including a partner. The knowledge gained of the company and the professional sector will allow me to make more informed decisions in the future as to whether it is the industry for me.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
