    • I felt very valued as they were asking us for feed back towards the end of the week.

    • It was well ordered and gave me a wide range of experience in many divisions

    • It was very lively and positive.

    • They conducted extensive talk and presentations, that enabled me to understand how the bank works and the sub divisions within it.

    • Talking to employess gave me a better understanding of what its like to have a long term role at RBS.

    • The group was really transparent and I was able to gain an insight into their culture by speaking to employees, graduates, recruiters etc.

    • By giving me detailed description on each division, I had a lot of information which has helped me decide my future career.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • I was living within the M25, but I would have preferred if the travel expenses were reimbursed.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • Yes many employees would join us for lunch everyday, giving me enough opportunities to network

    • Yes it was good, there was a social on Monday and Friday of the insight week

    • The activities they conduct outside of work was extensive, one that caught my attention was the charity work they do.
