The Role
Gained valuable experience that I believe would struggle to be matched in other companies
Guidance was given when needed but also allowed freedom when a suitable standard of work had been produced
Personally my role was incredibly busy however I enjoy a large workload so this was good in my opinion.
The Company
Great laugh, with work still the main priority
Think a few more formal trainings should exist for certain softwares.

Hires large amount of placement students however small amount of graduates on particular site
The Culture
Large amount of students hired so you can could settle in with a multitude of groups
Rent £435 for a room, there's a wetherspoons if you need cheap drink.
Wouldn't recommend living in Daventry, Most students tend to live in Northampton where it is a decent night out.
Many opportunities presented however not many make use of them.
