The Role
I had an absolutely fab time. Everyone was really supportive and I was given real responsibilities from day one.
I received ongoing feedback from my whole team - and was always offered opportunity to develop as a professional
My manager was great - she was really supportive and gave me all the instruments to be effective on the workplace, while also allowing me great scope for individual initiative
Sometime it would get really busy, while some other days work would be much more laid-back. Still, we never get bored.
A lot. After approximately 8 months, I was tasked with product management responsibilities - so I was responsible for looking after my own product portfolio.
This workplacement gave a 360 degree experience of what a general marketer and business administrator does, providing me with a financial, communications, sales, technical and marketing understanding I could not have gained anywhere else, as well as transferrable skills.
The Company
very friendly and laid-back, everybody is very supportive. There is good banter going on as well,
There was a full industrial placement and graduates programme, with ongoing training and activities to make sure we were always supported in our career development. This also happened at the individual division's level.
Awesome. We had a structured development plan tailored around my needs - it was extremely helpful and gave great insights in how to improve my workplace presence.

Working from home
I would love to come back if offered the opportunity.
The Culture
yeah - there was an IP and grad community, as long as a general marketing community with social activities and events.
it's the south - so it is fairly expensive, but nowhere near like london
Bracknell is not great - but Reading and London are not far.
reading is quite buzzing - so there's plenty of stuff to do there
