The Role
Very enjoyable good mixture of challenging work and fun office atmosphere
Was valued both socially and professionally, regularly saw colleagues in social settings and was expected to perform almost as a full time Associate.
Always given good support but also given enough space to learn and develop myself.
Could fluctuate depending on clients and projects. Summer is generally a quieter time however I felt very busy most days and an Intern Side Project ensured there was always work to be done.
As much as possible. This was probably the stand out feature of my internship I was given a great deal of responsibility and encouraged to perform as a full time associate.
Better appreciation of the mechanisms of the business world and made me realise work can be fun!
The Company
Excellent. Another major strength due to very friendly and interesting people who are encouraged to socialise with free beers, regular social events and guest speakers.
Very well, it was the first structured summer associate programme so there were minor issues but these all appear to have been addressed for this year's intake.
Given the same level of structured training as a full time associate and a great deal of on the desk learning

The Culture
Very good 8 interns developed strong bond largely because of side project.
It's Mayfair it's going to be expensive but colleagues helped you make more affordable.
Central london obviously very good but kinda pricey!
Yes always invited to social activities: drinks, dinners, sports, guest speakers to name a few.
