    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The fortnight I spent with Taylor Wessing was incredibly fulfilling and the work I did was extremely enjoyable.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • Everyone at Taylor Wessing would not only take the time to talk to you but actively encouraged you to talk to them and get to know more about the firm. The atmosphere in the office is fantastic.

    • Support was on hand from trainee buddies, supervisors and the HR team whenever we needed it.

    • My degree is now over, but I could have used some of the research skills I picked up whilst at Taylor Wessing!

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Every day we were given focus sessions in which we learnt about all the departments within the firm. This meant that you got a real feel for what Taylor Wessing was all about.

    • I was given responsibility from day one and in just two weeks I felt that I developed significantly.

    • I cannot praise the company culture highly enough. Everyone from the trainees up to partners were friendly and welcoming.

    • The scheme confirmed to me that I would definitely like to be a lawyer.

    • Yes but we were also invited to get involved in activities like five-a-side football which made me feel like part of the firm.
