The Role
Really enjoyed the 6 weeks which I spent over two different teams and gained a lot of knowledge.
Felt part of the team and I was free to ask any questions that I needed to.
My in charge would be available to ask any questions that I had.
One of the weeks, the hours were pretty bad but other than that hours were 9-5/6.
As much responsibility as can be given to an intern.
Developed some of the relevant skills that will be helpful for my career.
The Company
I worked at the client site most of the time but at the office its a hot desk system.
One week of training and then I was booked on clients for the rest of the time. Never had no work to do.
They invested heavily in us. Giving us new laptops as well as providing us with extensive training.
Great as long as you perform well.
The Culture
We went out a few times but it was hard at times as I was at the client site most of the time.
Travelled from home so not too bad.
Some good restaurants and bars.
Not as much as I would have hoped for. Need to be included in mailing lists to find out more about whats going on. Also only at the firm for 6 weeks so hard to get involved with much.
