The Role
The team were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions without any hesitation.
I was given work by my in-charge on each project but also had other intern-specific work which I could do while there was nothing left to be completed.
I have seen the level of responsibility that I have increase weekly, at a pace to suit me.
The work which I have been doing is directly in line with what graduates will be doing upon starting at the company so the skills I have learnt have been extremely valuable for applying for graduate roles in Assurance.
The Company
People were laid back and got on well as a team. They were very inclusive.
People were prepared for my arrival and had work already planned for me to do.
I could see where the company had invested money on me. We went on a three day residential to start the internship and get to know the other interns. We have also been required to do e-learns throughout our iternship.

I would love to work for the company once I graduate university.
The Culture
As we all were introduced to one another early on, the interns felt comfortable in arranging socials after work.
The cost has been reasonable.
The nightlife is great with lots of good restaurants and bars.
Some of the interns went on their social groups away days.
