The Role
Very much - enjoyed the work and the people
A lot - was put into the deep end and asked to be a valued member of the team from the off
My manager(s) were always around to help if I needed and the whole office offered me advice if I needed it too
Pretty busy - was given a good amount of work but nothing too much
A fair amount seeing as I was fresh in the door - had to deal with things that went live on the website and meet/network with clients regularly
It really helps putting theory into practice and I got a great experience of how the property industry works which will certainly help me when I go on to do my APC & masters
The Company
Very good and relatively relaxed - everyone is very approachable
Very - there was a detailed timetable of activites both inside work times and networking events outside of work
Quite a lot considering it was a relatively small amount of time - there were plenty of workshops and networking events JLL put on that not only helped us educate ourselves but meet others and develop skills like presenting

The Culture
Yes - all the interns got along well and there were at least 2 formal networking events set up by JLL and other events organised between the interns
I was in Southampton - so it was not so bad
Good - a mix of young professional places and student places
Yes loads - I've played cricket, football, ran 5k at the triathlon and went on a wakeboarding day with clients
