The Role
Really enjoyed my time here. Great work place, really friendly people.
Once I started grasping the day to day activities I kept being given increasing levels of responsibility.
The managers in my department were all so helpful, especially the manager indirectly reported into. Had regular catchup sessions to cover any areas I felt I needed to go over.
On the whole was very busy. Had some weeks that were quieter than others, and some that were extremely busy.
As I started gaining more knowledge I was given increasing levels of responsibility. The last few months of my placement I felt like the rest of my colleagues.
Wouldn't say what I learnt necessarily helped with my units. But the overall experience definitely instilled a good work ethic going into my final year.
The Company
Really friendly!
Seemed well organised. Although my job role changed 6months into my placement which was unexpected. Glad it did though as gave me a different perspective on the department.
Spent time getting us up to speed as quickly as possible so that we were to the level of other colleagues.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Working from home
Would definitely consider working for them once graduated.
The Culture
Social seen wasn't great against the other interns for my intake. But great social life within my department.
As expected. Nothing abnormal.
Not really much around as location was pretty remote. But didn't take long to get into London.
Not really.
