The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed working for E4S. Travelling wasn't a problem and generally the working enviroment was friendly and cosey.
All ideas and skills taken from previous jobs were taken onboard and appreciated a lot. Definitely made a great impact on the company.
Anytime I had a question or sought help/advice/guidance - they always had my best interest at heart. They would drop everything they were doing to help me which I appreciated a lot.
I always had enough work to get on with. I would always be given big projects to work on which would take up most of my time which was good as i'd never be stuuck for work. There was also a good mixture and balance of varied tasks so I would never be bored.
I was given a fair bit of responsibility - we always communicated everything to each other to ensure that business objectives and deadlines were met. Where big projects were given to me some areas required to be done by my other colleagues thus it was always a team effort. But mostly I would be responsible over the projects assigned to me.
I cannot stress enough from the skills I have picked up from this job in addition to the other jobs I have had in similar industries (non paid experience) will most definitely help me in the remainder of my degree and for my future career.
The Company
The general atmosphere was neutral really. Everyone got on with their work with occassional banter to give ourselves 5-10mins breaks. We also had a Nintendo Wii which we could play on for the same amount of time.
All-in-all we all knew what we had to do and anything that was required/needed was readily available/prepared.
E4S said in the interview they would invest anything that I required and stuck to their word.
Flexi Time
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Because of my hard work and due to the timing of coming out of university - they allowed me to work for them on a permenant basis which I was grateful and happy about.

It wasn't bad commuting to work - it was 50mins away from my house and I always took the shorter route to save on diesel.
I never went out in the evening as I commuted to and from work everyday.
