About You
The insight met my expectations. Tiring, but enjoyable experience.
I felt valued and welcomed.
We had 12 hours of training, of which, 4 hours were devoted to a particular service line. The latter wasn't very informing and most of I've learned was through experience later. On the second day I was put into the team working on client's site. The managers were not prepared for my internship and there were times when I didn't have much work.
The experience was useful. Gave me a deep insight into how corporations work.
The Company
The insight was well structured for a 3 weeks long insight. I wish it was longer so that it allows people to experience more variety of service lines.
The atmosphere was good. Social side of the insight is quite big.
Not much. We had just a brief introductory training at the very beginning. However, for the 3 weeks internship, long training would take too big proportion of the internship.
Really well. I met people at various positions who were really keen to answer any questions I had about work there.
Quite well. As an intern I was invited to many socials to get to know people outside of work environment.
Quite valuable. It made me think about things I've never considered when thinking about my career.
Everything Else
Payment was fair.
Yes - a lot of socials, meetings and events.
Really good. Nice, open atmosphere.
Yes, I found out about the charity work and sports they do outside in one of the presentations they gave us. There are lots of opportunities to get involved.
