About You
Thoroughly enjoyed it. Was busy throughout the week which is sometimes unusual for 1 week insights. People were very friendly and gave me advice on the next stage of my career. Would love the opportunity to return to this firm again.
I was always given work to do and I appreciated that responsibility. People always invited me out to lunch which was a very kind gesture.
Lots of support. My team were always asking if I wanted something explained and were always on hand to show and talk me through what they were currently doing.
Very helpful. Advised me on all matters from CV writing to information on the GDL and LPC. Presentation helped to develop my team work skills and public speaking.
The Company
Very well structured. Always had something to do and the introductory talks were useful and informative. I was never confused about where I was meant to be or what I was supposed to be doing.
Very friendly. People always happy to chat and HR were always available and happy to answer any queries.
They provided a talk on improving your CV, which is useful training for undergraduates. All employees seemed very interested in what I was currently studying and my other work experiences.
I think it provided a very good insight into what it would actually be like to work at Taylor Wessing. I have been sat with the risk team all week, and been exposed to their ever-day responsibilities, and also the dynamics of the team.
My team have been extremely friendly and helpful. They have included me in all their personal discussions which I valued. Employees here have also commented on what a friendly and relaxed firm it is.
Very useful. I was given an insight into the type of things I would be doing if I was working here full time.
