The Role
Enjoyed the internship 110%! Everyday was different, get to learn so many things from inspiring people and you really contribute to the team!
Felt valued by all colleagues. They were patient with me in trying to explain the various jobs I took.
Support was given to me all the time by management as well as colleagues.
I'd say very busy, but there were few hours per day were I could work on my projects - a healthy balance.
I was overwhelmed by the responsibility given to me, you feel like you're contributing a lot to the team and helping them to meet tight deadlines.
In the 6 weeks I learned more than at University. Not just about finance, but also business skills at the workshops provided in Bradenham.
The Company
The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, everyone was willing to help even with silly questions. There were lots of times were everyone in the office got ice cream!
Extremely well organised! Right before I started I knew where I was going to be and what clients I will be working for, the managers did a great job there.
Felt like they invested a lot, even for an intern! Included flying to London twice and staying in very nice accommodation.
Flexi Time
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing - excellent qualification provided!
The Culture
Yes - many nights out with interns and other colleagues. A horse race visit was also organised.
Very reasonable could go to many places and not spend much money on a great night
Fantastic
Absolutely - there was a football match with international teams and everyone could take part! (you get to wear the company football kit!!)
