The Role
Excellent. Office location was great, London is great.
Very, they took the time to take me out and really teach me the basics.
Loads! Manager sits opposite me and really takes the time to show me what he's doing. We've also had a chat every couple of weeks to make sure I'm getting on and if there's anything I'd like to do/ do more of.
I had enough work that I was never out of work but never too much that I was forced to stay late unless I wanted to.
A lot. I've now handled my own client (someone went away and I picked it up), you are always in control of your own workload and you take the responsibility of sourcing work and performing.
Not sure as of yet because I'm not back at uni. I definitely feel I've developed my ability to present and convey ideas.
The Company
Lovely. From the moment my buddy picked me up I was very excited.
Very structured with a trip to Bradenham, Tax away day, meetings every week or two with management or HR. It's been fantastic.
Took us away for 2 days for a workshop. Took time to teach me the software etc.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Very! They really took the time and I spent a few days in different teams. So I'm sure there'll be plenty of opportunities if they like me!
The Culture
All the interns were great and there was rarely a day we didn't do something.
Not too bad considering London. We found the cheap places!
It's London...
Yeah loads like writing blogs for the Spilling the Beans team etc.
