About You
The event was useful and informative as well as interactive. It provided not only the insight view into the bank but also macroeconomic overview. One day combined many features together. Very well organized!
HR team built the program in the way that everyone was involved. That also includes networking with Bank of England's professionals, team task, Q&A section and talking with everyone in particular.
Everything was clear.
1) Victoria Cleland gave her view on the future of notes and money market which differs from the general skeptical opinion about the future of cash. She also mentioned the methodology and analysis which the team implements in order to estimate currency demand and make necessary adjustments. That helps in my research. 2) Early Careers' presentation and networking gave a better idea about the corporate environment, daily operations and skills requires. Alex and Holly gave a number of useful tips for the application. 3) The museum helps to know better the Bank of England.
The Company
The program was well scheduled. The Bank of England's team covered as much as it was possible during the day.
The atmosphere was friendly and collaborative.
The Bank of England invested in its employees, Therefore, it tried to clarify the requirements and expectations in the best way.
The Insight Day helped to understand what it would be like to work for the Bank of England. Especially useful was a Q&A session with its employees.
It helps as much as it is possible to do during the day.
Everything Else
It was not needed.
Half of the Insight Day was devoted to that including lunch with recent graduates.
I had a nice talk with current employees during the lunch and had a chance to ask questions about their experience within the company.
One of the comments left by the employee was a good gym downstairs.
I have already recommended and definitely will.
