The Role
It was very enjoyable. The offices are very nice and colleagues very helpful and friendly. The work was also very engaging and challenging.
Very much so, I felt the work I was doing was helpful and had actual impacts on the project.
There was always somebody willing to help with a small or large question. The senior engineers all had time to talk and help and the graduate engineers were always willing to take time out to discuss things through with you.
Very busy, the day is full of tasks and I usually get in early and leave late, not because I have to but because I want to.
A lot. The work I was doing surprised me at first with its complexity and importance. It was really good to be able to have this level of responsibility almost the same as one of the graduate engineers.
Very much so. I have learnt so many things that will easily carry over into my university work to make it seem more professional as well as picking up good engineering practices that are difficult to teach in University.
The Company
Very friendly and relaxed. A really good atmosphere for creativity and productivity
Very well organized. I was given a laptop and a username and everything else was set up already and I could get to work immediately.
I learnt how to use a few new software packages and was given time to do so, this allowed me to move onto complex projects I wouldn't even have known how to tackle in my first week.

Company Parties/Events
Very much, this is a great company that has a good direction and a great vibe to it. I would love to work here.
The Culture
I was constantly being sent emails from colleagues and placement students about events or things to do, it was really good.
It was London so rather high but this was partly compensated for in the wages.
It was London, there were always hundreds of places to go.
More than once a week there was an event or game of some kind outside of work.
