About You
Absolutely loved my 3-week vacation scheme.
Really felt like a member of the team - everyone was super welcoming and very keen to have me involved in as much as possible.
Everyone was always more than willing to answer questions and provide explanations.
Practical experience is far more worth while than the LPC could ever be!
The Company
Very well structured.
Great atmosphere - friendly firm with a great vibe.
I felt the scheme was a great snapshot into how Nabarro operates as a firm, and the types of work that would be undertaken as a trainee.
Spending three weeks in one department was a great way to really get to know the department, and the organised social events made it easy to get to know people from throughout the firm. There's lots of continuity in terms of friendliness and attitude across the firm.
Confirmed my desire to become a solicitor.
Everything Else
The social events organised were invaluable in terms of getting to know current trainees, associates and partners. An evening event of networking with two surveying firms provided the opportunity to broaden networking skills and meet a variety of people.
Great socials!
Great CSR programs, and there appear to be lots of department-organised social events.
