The Role
I found the work interesting, though it was a quiet period while I was there so there were long periods of doing nothing.
The jobs I was given were normally beneficial for whatever project was being undertaken at the time.
My supervisor was very useful in terms of helping me out and giving me work to do.
Varied between days and within the day itself
The jobs I undertook were useful in the process, and I was allowed to complete them without being looked after particularly
The job didn't have a huge amount of relevance toward my degree. It did help develop my spreadsheet skills though.
The Company
Friendly, everyone seemed to be quite open and got on well
I was given adequate levels of instructions etc. before hand and upon arrival, and the application was relatively straightforward.
It was only for a month so I didn't receive any particular training.
Company Parties/Events
I don't particularly want to work for Savills, but I didn't want to in the first place as I'm not interested in being a surveyor, I wanted to know more about the industry.
The Culture
There were only three of us, but I feel we got on well.
I lived at home, and Bristol costs aren't massively expensive
Bristol has a good night life generally
There were weekly social events to attend
