The Role
I was always given a huge variation of tasks- no day was the same.
I felt like part of the team that was really contributing to the business, given real responsibility.
I always felt supported in everything I took, yet left to my own devices enough to learn a lot.
Very busy! Never a moment with nothing to do.
A huge amount- I was creating copy and putting together giftsets for the christmas launch- jobs that directly affect the brand,
Enormously- I've learned to manage numerous projects at once and work in a team.
The Company
Good balance of serious work and relaxed atmosphere.
Very well structured.
Extremely well, at least on training session a week, if not more.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
The Culture
More than one social a week.
