The Role
The culture at MUSI is incredibly welcoming and the environment is incredibly enjoyable. I throughly enjoyed my time during the placement due to the collegeues, work and training program.
My colleagues were incredibly thankful for my help and often expressed this to me. I made to feel part of the team which helped me to feel valued by all team members.
My supervisors were incredibly supportive and spent time supporting and guiding me. At any time I would be able to contact my manager as they were incredibly approachable if I needed support or help with my work.
On a daily basis I had a great balance between work and being able to engage in additional activities and networking within the firm.
I was given responsibility and credit for the work that I produced. Yet I had a great support system if I was stuck or unsure about any aspect of the work that I was set.
The 1st week training was incredibly valuable and will help in any division within the finance sector. The skills which I have developed whist working are skills for life and are transferrable to any job in the future.
The Company
The atmosphere was enjoyable and was the perfect balance between high pressure and having fun getting to know my new collegues.
The organisation of every aspect of the internship was perfect. Every event organised was ran smoothly and efficiently, there were not any time delays and everything went according to plan.
The firm as a whole invested a lot of time into developing all of the interns collectively and also on an individual level since I received personal training.
Subsidised Canteen
I would recommend anyone of work for MUSI as they truly care for you as an individual
The Culture
Our intern intake was incredibly social and amongst ourselves organised drinks and dinners. I also spent time with some of my collegues outside of the workplace
MUSI is located within central London so the cost of living and socilising is not cheap, however, if you research the best places to go you can find some great deals and locations to socialise.
In central London there are many places to go at night so is something for everyones tastes!
Events are organised for employees outside of work on a (roughly) monthly basis
