  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • It was a lot of fun!

    • I was working on a project that was actually going to be used internally, so I felt like I was doing something pretty valuable.

    • My mangers were almost always on hand for questions, no matter how trivial.

    • I had a lot to get through.

    • I pretty much had my own project!

    • I gained a lot of fluency in areas I wasn't previously familiar with, which was very useful.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • People were mostly working, but there were plenty of people peeling off for table tennis etc.

    • Seamless.

    • I was mostly left to figure things out by myself, but people were always there to ask if I couldn't work it out.

    • I was living a bit far away, and I wasn't there for very long, so I didn't participate that much.

    • It's London, so quite expensive.

    • I didn't have much chance to go out while I was there!

    • There are plenty of people organizing outside activities; football teams etc.
