The Role
The work is interesting, everyone's really lovely, just could maybe be more social events organised.
Really valued, even some of the most senior members of the business will give you their time to talk to you.
My manager gives me lots of support but on occasions when he is busy there are always other members of my team available to help.
Some days there isn't much for me to do but others there is plenty. There are both busy and quiet days.
I was given ownership of organising the team meetings, which kept me fairly busy. I had some other pieces of work for which I was also responsible for.
Wouldn't necessarily say many skills developed would help me with my degree, except the basics. However, it has been a valuble learning experience for my future career and I have developed several skills from scratch that I would use everyday in the workplace.
The Company
My team were fairly quiet but they were really lovely.
Really well, could have maybe been a few more intern specific events though.
2 full days of training before starting at our desk, as well as an hour learning session every week. A lot of time went into us.

I don't know if I've been offered a job yet but I would accept it if they did. There are so many opportunities that the graduate programme can offer.
The Culture
A large group of us regularly met for drinks after work and did stuff on weekends. My team didn't really socialise out of work though.
It's Canary Wharf, it's always going to be expensive. Weatherspoons and All Bar One became our favourite places to socialise due to relatively low prices.
Apart from drinks after work I wouldn't want to stay in Canary Wharf much later than 8. I was however living fairly close to Shoreditch which has great nightlife!
There were a few sports teams etc but not much else. We mainly organised activities between interns.
