The Role
The placement was great experience. Having all interns in one location was definitely one of the better parts.
The people in the company are very friendly and helpful. Everyone is approachable and is happy to take time to explain what they do.
My manager was very nice and helpful. He listened to what I had to say and allowed me to pick things I wanted to do.
Not very busy, I had to ask for more work.
I was involved in a few projects and finished them thus had to ask for more projects.
The presentation training, working at heights and the team building exercises will all enable me to perform better not only in university but also when I start working full time. The presentation training in particular was excellent.
The Company
The head office is very formal and more reserved, however the other locations were a lot more lively.
Everything was properly organised and well structured. This was not only about going to work.
I feel the company invested so much in my learning and development, definitely more that what most companies would invest in summer interns.

The future is slightly uncertain especially after the strategic review, however should the targets be met, the future looks very rosy.
The Culture
Excellent all round, loads of people, best of all we are all located in the same place.
It is slightly higher than Southampton, but not the end of the world.
Egham town is very small and not much going on.
