The Role
I really enjoyed it
I felt very valued by my colleagues, I was given real responsibility straight away and fully involved in team decisions
I was given a lot of support from my manager, other managers in the team and HR supervisors
I was very busy whilst I was at work but my work didn't cause me to spend many days longer than 10 hours in the office
I was given a significant amount of responsibility including influencing a number of decisions for the team
Quite a lot, I have learnt great analytical skills
The Company
Very friendly, I cannot believe how happy and welcoming Barclays is
Yes extremely well organised, we had a lot of structure. The only thing was the length of time it took to receive our contracts
They invested a large amount of time by organising a number of presentations for us
Yes very appealing - i hope to join the graduate scheme
The Culture
Not particularly, we went out very occasionally all together
Very expensive - Canary Wharf!
Great - London nightlife is incredible
Yes a few, including rugby and beach volleyball
