The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed it, the team were very helpful and made me feel as part of the team. good company to work for
I helped in any way I could and looked after trade packages as well as working as a team. they trusted me to get the job done in my trades and I have comleted two projects now on time overcoming issues on my own
there where always there or made themselves available when I required they guidance or opinion on a matter as well the rest of the on site team
extremely busy, which I don't mind, I hit the ground running and got involved from the off
a substantial amount looking after trade packages by my self given tasks/problems to resolve in a safe and sensible manner.
the on site learning and development has been the biggest learning curve but mace training has also helped with the placement programme as well as mace putting me through external courses such as, first aid, SMSTS, MEWPS for managers, asbestos awareness. will all help in my final year of my degree.
The Company
fun but yet serious and the same time the balance was right, all the team got on as a hole doing activities outside work, could not have been better
very well organised with extra course been on offer as well as the placement programme which is compulsory.
they put me on external courses such as SMSTS asbestos awareness MEWPS for managers First aid
