  • Enormously! Everything was designed to put me -a summer intern with Barclays- at the center of my team and give me exposure to Barclays' unqueculture!

  • From Day 1, I was entrusted projects that mattered for the team.

  • Not only senior management was very accessible, but HR organized events as well as more informal group discussions were numerous.

  • Time for projects as well as for meeting colleagues across the business.

  • Involved in client meetings. Projects I was in charge of were important for the team.
