The Role
Enormously! Everything was designed to put me -a summer intern with Barclays- at the center of my team and give me exposure to Barclays' unqueculture!
From Day 1, I was entrusted projects that mattered for the team.
Not only senior management was very accessible, but HR organized events as well as more informal group discussions were numerous.
Time for projects as well as for meeting colleagues across the business.
Involved in client meetings. Projects I was in charge of were important for the team.
My internship with Barclays taught me how to behave in a working environment as well as develop my network.
The Company
People were focused and hard-working, but really friendly anf open-minded!
Perfect balance and smooth organisation!
Great incentive to meet senior managers and develop your knowledge of the bank!
