The Role
yOu make friends for life at southwestern. Working with like minded hard working people is great fun.
Constant support and guidance is offered by student and sales managers above you
very busy worked 80 hrs a week 6days a week, was right amount for what we were doing and in order to be successful
I was running my own business
Receive constant training before and after summer allows me to constantly develop new skills as well as improving skills that i have already learnt.
The Company
The staff in the office are amazing. Work so hard but still really friendly and helpful with everything they do
I was well prepared before heading out for the summer
They have invested alot of time and money in my training offering me the opportunity to attend many training workshops and seminars.

Can be offered job to return as a student manager and recruit own team. there is also a graduate scheme
The Culture
you make great friends who you can socialize with on a regular basis
During the summer you don't have too many expenses because you are mostly working and don't go out really. We aim to keep expenses as low as possible
never went out during hte summer. But went out in Nashville at the end which was awesome
We can win holidays such as a trip to Gambia if you meet certain conditions
