The Role
It has been a very interesting internship - lots of responsibility and projects to work on which I feel really make a difference within my team and wider.
I feel very valued by my colleagues - everyone has been very welcoming and helpful and understanding. A lot of people dedicate a lot of time to the internship - you just have to ask!
formal and informal catch ups and reviews for guidance and support and to answer any questions and to discuss progress.
project work fluctuates so at times I have been very busy juggling different tasks and others I have had to go and ask for more work
A fair amount - I have been given my own projects as well as sub tasks within my team.
Excel, VBA coding (optional), It skills, analytical skills - all transferable.

Friendly, busy, cooperative
very well organised. Hr oversee events and speaker sessions and initiatives are set up to meet senior memebers within the firm

The Culture
Yes - self organised. drinks after work, weekend meet ups etc
Expensive as it's london - wage takes this into account
Canary wharf is very business focussed - easy to get elsewhere in London for nights out
Sports and social teams diversity networks work - life balance left time for own activities outside of work
