The Role
My experience with Nissan was very good, the support received at the beginning and during the year is irreplaceable. I like their idea of : "No question is a stupid question."
My colleagues appreciated me, helped me and listen to me. They requested my help, I requested theirs, group work is a very big quality of my department, during work hours and after.
My manager and senior supported me more than expected, they even helped and advise me how to improve my university report and presentation.
Over the year I had moments when my work amount was balanced, and it was easy to manage; some times crazy busy, but I enjoyed it because like that I manage to develop my organizational skills. And when I felt over wormed, I asked for support or guidance, which it was received.
I got full responsibility over one of the cars, and I got to develop a new system for Nissan. I can honestly say that I was given responsibilities as I would be an engineer, not an IP.
During the year I developed loads of new technical skills, I can say that I am more employable than I was before.
The Company
We always had a smile in our team, people are friendly. I made connections that I never thought I will make in a work place.
At the beginning was very organized the amount of work given, and everything, after they noticed that I can do my job and I got the almost full responsibility for the car, I had to organize my own work.
My senior and buddy made sure that I will get all the training required to do my job, also to improve the skills that I was lacking at, like presentation skills.

They are more than happy to have me back on a graduation scheme, actually they encourage me to apply.
The Culture
it was hard to find an affordable place to live, but there are IP that manage to find something better that I did. Socialising... sometimes you need to learn to say no, if you want to save up some money.
It was good.
Nissan has loads of Social clubs, IP's and grads are going in sky trips over winter.
