The Role
It was a hard internship but completely worth it, I learnt loads about myself, other people and business.
As we went out to the USA in team, the team gelled over the three months and we are now all great friends.
We all had a manager who we spoke with on the phone every night and also spoke to face to face every Sunday.
We worked 75hours a week, very busy but so good!
Depending on how well you did and were developing you got given more responsibility.
I have learned so much about myself, people, business and life.
The Company
Everyone was encouraged to be positive all the time.
Our manager looked after us well in the States
A lot of time was spent on me and my development.
Flexi Time
International Travel
Financial Bonus
I can carry on for multiple summers if I would like and become a manager.
The Culture
Everyone was very positive and upbeat.
We were hosted by American families who charged us a minimal amount, if anything.
Didn't use it.
Yes but we didn't have time.
